Windows build does not launch, splash screen appears

Details
1. I tried installing the windows commercial build for today.
2. After all the download is completed, and installation steps are done with, a
splash screen appears. (Netscape6, Preview release 1)
3. Ideally the splash screen should go away within a few seconds and launch the
browser, but it stays on and the browser does not open.
4. I have to kill the mozilla.exe process to get rid of the splash screen.
