As usual, I used the chrome of already approved builds, 1.0.6 for most - 1.0.2
for nb-NO. So there shouldn't be any issues.

Having worked with Chase to get these localized builds staged on the ftp server,
I have felt the pain of manually having to rename the files that localizers
provide us before making them live.  To make our jobs easier, we wanted to ask
those that are not already using the standard format for naming their files to
please do so.  Here is the format that we would like to see:

Win32: <product>-<version>.<locale>.win32.installer.exe
Linux: <product>-<version>.<locale>.linux-i686.tar.gz
Mac: <product>-<version>.<locale>.mac.dmg

If everyone could follow that convention, we will be able to push these builds
out a lot faster.  Thanks!

already, but some localizers just won't listen.

The propagation to Sourceforce.net's mirrors is very slow. Right now, the one I
found which is working is the Atlanta mirror.

Well, though Win32 and GNU/Linux builds are available for a month now on the frenchmozilla.sourceforge.net site, they still didn't appear neither on mozilla.org nor on mozilla-europe.
At least, this allowed us to increase our project rank on sourceforge.net site as by now, they were 140 000 dl of TB 1.0.7 fr ...

I've just realized that new Thunderbird product page links to a localized 1.0.7 (instead of the en-US one). Cool!

So, it would be great if pt-BR (and fr, hu, zh, ..) 1.0.7 were released ASAP.

For now, all that pt-BR users can download is a 404 Not found (at least for windows and linux).

Somehow in the site migration the pt-BR version was changed from 1.0.6 to 1.0.7.  This is likely because the reversion (fixing a typo in the pt-BR Thunderbird download link) happened after development on the new site began.

Yes, this should be fixed now by way of pointing users at the existing 1.0.6 build.

As for making the builds live that are available here, rest assured, we hear you.  This will be one of the tasks that get tackled next week.

The URL works for me. More than 2 months after the release and 1 week before Thunderbird 1.5 it does not matter anyway.
