It seems that when I query sometimes, I don't get all my results.
I've set a URL to illustrate.  I am searching for where I am on the CC, and it 
does not return the correct list.  I have also put the bug # I expect in 
the "Only" field.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
click the URL and check it out.  Then look at bug #309106.  I think it should 
have been returned.
Actual Results:  
missed at least this row.

Expected Results:  
it should have shown bug# 309106

Unless I've done something completely bone-headed...
You do not appear on bug 309106's CC list. You have commented, but that is
different.
