Steps when it happens:
1. Run Stub-I, and Cancel the Ftp tranfer.
2. Run Full-I, and it asks "A previous session ... avoid downloading them again ?".

The Full-I is supposed to include all its needed files,
and should not "mess" with the Stub-I downloaded files.

(I don't know exactly how answering Yes or No matters in this case.)

bug, please reopen if you still get this with the new installer
