310256 - (IMAP) detach/delete attachments results in 2 messages shown until folder refresh

In Thunderbird 1.5b1 I have started using the Delete/Detach Attachments options.
 Functionality seems fine except that on IMAP servers (Cyrus 2.1) after the
attachment has been removed the old message still shows up until the view is
refreshed (F5 or exit/re-enter the folder).  This does not happen under local
folders, so I am assuming it is likely a hide deleted items issue as the message
with attachment is still in the folder, just marked as deleted.



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Select message with attachment on IMAP folder
2.  (Delete|Detach)( All)? Attachments
3.  Both messages are shown
4.  Refresh view (F5 or exit and re-enter IMAP folder)
5.  Only message with attachment shown

Actual Results:  
Original message marked as deleted is shown directly after detach/delete

Expected Results:  
Message marked as deleted should be hidden directly after detach/delete

I think this is described in another bug, but I could be wrong. The actual code
problem is described in that bug - I'll have to try to find that.
