clicking or hovering over bookmarks or bookmarklets in the toolbar do not show
as they are active. was functional in previous night's build.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open browser
2. hover over bookmarklet in bookmark toolbar
3. attempt to click on bookmarklet in bookmark toolbar

Actual Results:  
nothing

Expected Results:  
none of the pornzilla bookmarklets nor the bookmark to a URL are active.
expected the bookmark to take me to it's designated URL.
