Reproducible: Always

I assume you talk about dragging a page (like e.g. the maps in http://maps.google.com ?)

I have to say this bug is not present when I run IE. I have found the reason for this "bug". It seems to been a extensions that I did not no that was installed in my firefox; "Grab and Drag - Firefox Extension". So this is not a bug is a extension that I didnt no that I have. Just press alt-shift-D and is disabled.
