User-Agent:       Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-GB; rv:1.7.12) Gecko/20050919 Firefox/1.0.7
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-GB; rv:1.7.12) Gecko/20050919 Firefox/1.0.7

Was at URL (no other tabs) and had Firefox and another application running.
Firefox was not minimised, but behind other window. Used Alt-Tab to bring
Firefox back to front, which it did, but immediately received error:

MS Visual C++ Runtime Library
Program: C:\PROGRA~1\Mozilla\Firefox\firefox.exe

R6025
- pure virtual function call

The Talkback agent was not started. Using the default theme and few extensions;
don't have access to the machine right now but if a list of the installed
extensions would be useful I can get it.

Checked SHA1 sums of Firefox's Program Files folder against my workstation and
they all checked out OK.

Reproducible: Couldn't Reproduce

Steps to Reproduce:
Could not reproduce.
Actual Results:
Firefox exited without launching Talkback.

Expected Results:
Let me continue reading the news. ;-)
For clarification, OS was Windows XP Professional SP2. Reported the bug on a
different PC hence incorrect User-Agent string. The build is the same.
Unless you can reproduce, I'm going to close this as INVALID because it doesn't
have enough useful information to fix it (a stacktrace/talkback or consistent
steps to reproduce are a bare minimum for crash bugs).
