310320 - Bookmarks Toolbar Broken

The Bookmarks Toolbar is broken as of 20050927 nightly builds.  I can't select
any items or folders in the Bookmarks Toolbar.  The other toolbars look fine, as
far as I can tell.

I see that the reporter in 310302 has the same issue, but I can't find any bugs
tracking this particular issue.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have a Bookmark Toolbar setup
2. Click on any item in the toolbar
3.

Actual Results:  
No item is selected.

Expected Results:  
For a bookmark folder, the contents of the folder should be displayed.
For a bookmark, Firefox should go to the selected URL.

(Going through the Bookmarks|Bookmarks Toolbar Folder menu works fine.)
