Tapping into the new Restart API it would be nice feature would be to be able to
pass a command line param on restart for example to create a mock Profile
Manager or to restart in Safe Mode, etc. Thanks.

Reproducible: Always
Summary: RFE: Allwo Sending Command-Line Param for New Restart API → Allow Sending Command-Line Parameters for New Restart API
I think this is a good RFE. I'm not sure that I'm happy with the current
restart API (i.e., there's no way to clear the restart bit once it has been
set). I'm also not sure how we will go about specifying additional command line
flags to be passed to the application upon restart. We need to give the API
some thought.

is this feature any easier to implement? I know there were some updates to the restart params etc, just not sure if it's easy enough to slide this one in, tia.
