In the german version of firefox is the extension window to small sized (default
after the installation of firefox). The Link "Erweiterungen herunterladen" did
not fit into the window. Therefor the scrollbar is hidden. Only after the
resizing appears the scrollbar and the Link fits into the window.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Firefox
2. Creates a new profile.
3. Start Firefox
4. Click on "Extras" >> "Erweiterungen"

Actual Results:  
You see the then, that the Link to download more extensions did not fit into the
window.

Expected Results:  
The window should be bigger. Or the Link smaller.

This bug "works" with the default and the Noia theme.

Each locale specifies the width to use for the window

Reporter, please always use the latest nightly for verifying bugs. With the
trunk or 1.8-branch this is not an issue anymore.
