When trying to Print Preview any webpage open 'Print Preview' from File menu

Now in Print Preview menu try to change from Portrait to Landscape or vica
versa. Button depresses but doesn't toggle to selected option although sometimes
a new scrollbar appears of disappears.

Better result can be gained by using the 'Page Setup' button and toggling
Landscape/Portrait in there, however preview window still doesn't update cleanly
on change.

If after changing option in Page Setup dialog you exit Print Preview then come
back in, you will see that page orientation has changed and is displayed correctly.

Trying to change orientation via Print Preview buttons is completely
in-effective even on exit and return to Print Preview window.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. File > Print Preview
2. Attempt to change Page orientation with Landscape/Portrait interface buttons
3. Change will not occur

1. File > Print Preview
2. Attempt to change Page orientation within Page Setup... button
3. Change will not occur as expected until Preview window is closed and re-opened.

Actual Results:  
Print Preview window does not update to some changed preview of new page
orientation. 
Via Shortcut buttons change does not seem to have occured. 
Via Page Setup dialog change not visible until close and re-open of Print
Preview window

Expected Results:  
Print Preview should happily toggle and preview update on change of page
orientation within Print Preview window.
