While typing a message, the cursor often disappears. It did just now, while
typing this bug report. It has often disappeared while typing email. The cursor
is back now. It's intermittent, with no pattern that I can see. The lack of a
visible cursor makes accurate typing difficult. There might be a difference
between plain-text and html editing. I haven't tried to find the problem doing
plain text.

Something in Seamonkey might be tying up the interrupt processing that normally
refreshes the cursor.

Cutting all the text from a message and then repasting it seems to restart the
cursor reliably.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open an email compose window.
2. Type some text.
3.

Actual Results:
At unpredictable times, the blinking cursor disappears.

Expected Results:
The cursor should keep on blinking at the location where typed text appears.
