Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8b4) Gecko/20050908 Firefox/1.4
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8b4) Gecko/20050908 Firefox/1.4

When right-clicking on a remote calendar, you get to edit/delete/etc -- If you
accidentally click on the DELETE button, you have no confirmation of this act.
Although it doesn't actually DELETE the remote file (of which there is another
bug opened to do so), many users won't know the location of the remote ICS file
to put it back in quickly.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create remote calendar
2. Right-Click
3. Delete Calendar

Actual Results:
No prompt is issued "Are you sure? OK"

Expected Results:
Prompt user with "Are you sure?" dialog.
Advise them if the file WILL be deleted remotely or if this just affects the
local database.
