Render the attached HTML in a clean profile (profiles that set the font can
actually clear it up) and you'll see that the vertical borders bleed out past
the table's boundaries.
Both html and gif attached.

I see this with Mozilla 1.7.11 but worksforme with linux seamonkey trunk
2005093005 and 1.0 branch 2005092907
resolving WFM -- 1.7 branch is only taking security fixes.
