When I wait for any server to acknowledge and send info, the green progress bar
shows a wait for reply, the progress bar goes out of bounds to the small black
frame of the indicator. This happens in Thunderbird, too.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Type a WWW address and look at the green progress bar go outside the box, and
moving left-right.

Actual Results:  
The green graduated progress bar goes outside it's black box.

Expected Results:  
The green progress bar should not go outside its box--it should come to the end
of it and start at the inner-left and go in a left-right fashion.
