*.part files (while downloading) should be hidden files. It's just confusing a bit.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
I think the risk of leaving hundreds of megabytes of hidden files on the desktop
outweighs the issue of having a .part file. I think that this bug is wontfix.
I'm sure we've had this discussion before (ending indeed in WONTFIX)
