When using FFox for printing US Postal Service shipping labels within paypal,
the  print document instructions display, however, the print and print sample
buttons do not. This means you can't print labels from FFox.

Steps to repro.
1. login to paypal.
2. create a shipping label.
3. print the shipping label.

notice that the buttons don't appear to actually print it.

interestingly, if you pull the frame URL out of the top-level document source,
and load it from the URL bar directly, the buttons appear correctly (though the
rest of the frame data is obviously not present).

If it's anything like the system on the USPS.com site, the label is a PDF loaded
in a 0x0 iframe that (obviously) isn't displayed....

We can't really tell what the system is exactly, because there's no source
available for the frames referenced in attachment 197994 [details]; they seem to be
session-specific and would need to be captured by saving as HTML Complete or the
like.
