Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.2; en-US; rv:1.8b4) Gecko/20050908 Firefox/1.4

I cannot paste a url in the location bar using CTRL-V. However, I can do so
using mouse rt-click->Paste on the location bar.

This behavior is manifested in 1.5 b1 only 1.0.7 does not have this problem

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Copy a url
2.Click on the text box in the location bar
3.CTRL-V to paste the copied url.

Actual Results:
No text is copied to the location bar

Expected Results:
The text should have been copied to the location bar

I can paste text using mouse rt-click->Paste on the location bar.
