With multiple tabs open, closing any tab will cause all other tabs to show a
blank window rather than the content of the site. This does not clear with a
reload or shift-reload - the title bar will change and the throbber will throb
as though the page is being fetched and rendered, but nothing will appear in the
windows. Switching tabs will not clear the problem, but opening a new browswer
window, either by File->New->Browswer or by the tab menu "Send tab to->A new
window" will cause the new window to display the content, but the old window
will still be blank.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Load any 2 web sites into different tabs.
2.Close one tab.

Actual Results:
Remaining tab's content area is blank

Expected Results:
Remaining tab's content area should display the web site content.
