When any of the following are done:
-Type in about:config in the address bar
-Choose the "Help" menu and select "Help Contents" from the top toolbar
-Choose the "Help" menu and "About Mozilla Firefox" from the top toolbar

it complains of malformed XML and refuses to display the appropriate page

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Perform one of the above-mentioned steps
2.View the resulting window
3.

Actual Results:  
Program displays an error log about malformed XML in the new window or browser.

Expected Results:  
The "About" information, help menus, or configuration dialogs should come up.
