The patch allows specification of Mountain charts instead of Line charts in the
'Change over time' old style. IMHO it adds very much to the information about
development in a project. The patch is against version 2.20

Egil, could you avoid adding comments such as #*EK*? They really don't help and
if everybody marks lines he is adding, the file would quickly be a mess.

In order to get your patch reviewed (and having a chance to see it approved),
you have to ask a reviewer to look at it; about charts, it's gerv.

Egil, your patch won't be approved for 2.20 anyway, so it would be fine to
write your patch against 2.21.1. Don't forget to ask gerv again for review.

Attachment: Example of a mountain chart

I've attached an example of a mountain style chart. It is IMHO much better than
the line chart to illustrate the progress in a project by means of the bug
count. (The dates are real, this patch was made way back.)

Egil: these are "old charts"; they are deprecated, and due to disappear in a
future release. The "New charts" already supports mountain-style display. So
thanks for the patch, but we're not doing any more work on old charts.
