After the restore, when I try to start Firefox all I get is the following error message: Microsoft Visual C++RUNTIME LIBRARY RUNTIME ERROR! Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Click on program start icon 2. 3. Actual Results: The error come up Expected Results: Should have opened so I could access the Internet May not be a bug, but there is something that is causing my computer from running Firefox.

System restore probably hasnt restored all the parts of firefox. Reinstalling firefox should correct the problem.
