This beta version is very unstable when I am using the flickr website. About
every extended visit results in a crash of the browser. The crash happens pretty
much at random. A page reload often succedes but occasionaly results in a crash.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Visit a page on www.flickr.com
2.click on a link or reload a page
3.

Actual Results:
crash

Expected Results:
just working normally

Can you try in Firefox-safemode ?
It is most likely a faulty extension causing it
Does Talkback come up?
could you please give talkback ID's?

The only extensions I use are Reporter 1.8b4 and Talkback 1.4
could you please give a talkback ID of the crash?
That would give an indication of the source of the problem.
Here are the requested talkback IDs TB9981435H, TB9948255W, TB9883233E,
TB9841097E, TB9811369Z, TB9768909Q, TB9762775W

During the latest crash my computer had little free memory 750 MB real and
1300 MB swap space. More then one flickr window were being loaded when the
crash occured

From first 3 talkbacks I looked (they were all the same):

jst, any thoughts on this one?
I'm not able to reproduce using Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.0.2) Gecko/20060313 Firefox/1.5.0.2

searched the talkback database for anything with flickr in the comments and xpsp2res in the stack and found only this unrelated stack...

i was browsing flickr with gmail open in another tab
xpsp2res.dll + 0x202113 (0x20202113)

js_LookupPropertyWithFlags [c:/builds/tinderbox/Fx-Mozilla1.8.0/WINNT_5.2_Depend/mozilla/js/src/jsobj.c, line 2757]

then looked for combinations of

xpsp2res.dll and XPCWrappedNativeScope::FindInJSObjectScope in the top 5 frames of the stack and found only crashes coming from

MozillaOrgFirefox15 Win32 2005 09 08 06

I think this one regressed and then was fixed quickly. Sound right?
