The current windows instructions are geared toward 2.18.x.  They should be
geared toward 2.20.

i've done the first phase of the update -- changed the 2.18 references to 2.20,
and made a few other minor changes.

i still have to go through and ensure that the list of modules that need to be
installed are complete.

Cool. Whenever this is complete, I'll change the download page to note that it's
up-to-date. Is there also going to be a 2.18 version kept around somewhere?

nah, i don't want to confuse the issue.  the page is aimed at new installs by
people who haven't done it before -- new installs should always be 2.20 now.
