Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to
http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/1.0.1/win32/en-US/Firefox%201.0.1.zip
 and choose to open it with your zip-program
2. cancel the download
3. click retry to continue downloading
Actual Results:  
You get a duplicate entry in the download manager, while the duplicate starts
again downloading from the beginning and the origin stays canceled

Expected Results:  
Should not produce a duplicate and continue (not restart) downloading
