310719 - pressing ' key (single quote) brings up find

Pressing the quote key (') on some webpages brings up the find toolbar and
prevents typing in additional text. This doesn't occur for all webpages (for
instance I can use the single quote effectively in this text box) it occurs when
typing in a message using Juno web Mail (www.juno.com) and also if I type the
quote key while not in a text box for any other webpage.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log into Juno Mail (www.juno.com) 
2. Select Compose
3. Type in the sentance "I'm having a good day."


Actual Results:  
The message box will have:
I
and the find box will have:
m having a good day.

Expected Results:  
The message box should have had:
I'm having a good day.
The find box should not have appeared
