Firefox and Netscape 7.2 don't render all of this page's links correctly (IE 6
does).  The links that fail to render start when page "ref_m-q.htm" is the
target page (also, the in page anchor gets larger than previously referenced).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Call up the page
2. Scroll down to the "Math" entry

Actual Results:  
From "Math" onward the links are not active

Expected Results:  
Those entries should have beena active links

This problem has been around for years in Netscape versions

Logic error: bug 58917 was RESOLVED FIXED 9 months ago but bug 310727 still occurs.

But it wasnt fixed on the 1.0.x branch which is what your version of firefox is
build from.

The problem is not evident in the current Firefox 1.5 beta release.
