In Build 2005100109, the drop-down menus for time and date of departure do not
drop down, though the time or date displayed can be adjusted by using the Up and
Down arrows on the computer keyboard.

This is a recent regression. In Build 20050915.. (trunk, Mac), the menus do drop
down, though even in this build there is a minor irritation in that when a time
or date has been selected in a drop-down menu, it has to be clicked for a second
time in order to enter it. (In Safari, this is not necessary.)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on date or time drop-down menu or its arrow-head.
2. This fails, so use keyboard Up or Down arrows to select a date or time.

Actual Results:
1. The menu should drop down.
2. As soon as a date or time is selected, it should appear in the appropriate pane.

Expected Results:
1. The menu does not drop down.
2. The selected date or time does not appear in the appropriate window until it
is clicked again.

eMac G4, OS X 10.3.9, Classic theme.
In Build 2005100209, the drop-down menus do now drop down (though clicking on a
date or time after selecting it is still necessary).

(eMac G4, OS X 10.9.3, Classic theme)
Apologies! I meant OS X 10.3.9!

I don't see any pane on the page. Where exactly is this information supposed to
appear?

Re #3: As the drop-down menus don't work at all in the latest nightly build, I
can't send you an up-to-date screen-shot. But when you open the page, you see
'Leaving on…' with today's date and present time. When the drop-down menus still
worked, you could then select a date and time and it would appear in 'Leaving on…'.
These drop-down menus are a mystery. In Build 2005100209, they seemed to work.
In Build 2005100309, they seem to be sporadic: they did not drop down when I
tried soon after downloading this build this morning (UK time); this evening
they at first worked; then I closed SeaMonkey, re-started it and tried again and
they did drop down, and have continued to drop down in several more trials. I
have changed nothing else on my computer, so am at a loss to account for this.
I have seen this happen using windows xp on digg.com's comment rating boxes.

I am currently experiencing this on my OSX ibook on dailykos.com.

The box can be clicked to focus on but does not drop down. You can select the option using the arrow keys once the box has focus.

Now that I think about it I'm not sure I've seen this on XP, but both digg.com and dailykos.com are not dropping down the option boxes for me today.

OSX 10.3.9 FFx 1.5 20051111 with a bunch of extensions installed.

I will test this in safe mode in a few minutes.

This drop down behavior was caused by the iFOX theme... i'm disliking this theme more every day...

Michael, is this still an issue?
Re Comment #9: Stefan, I have just tried the website and the menus are fine now; they drop down as if they were filled with lead.
