Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.8b4) Gecko/20050908 Firefox/1.4

I've seen this twice now in slightly different variations. I tried opening a new
tab from a link but the new tab didn't load(it did open a new tab though) and
the browser locked down, rendering me unable to switch between tabs. I was able
to use ctrl+t to open another new tab, but it didn't switch to it nore load.
Both browser windows open at the time were effected. After closing both(with no
error message displayed of any kind) I tried opening a new window at which point
I got a message that firefox was allready running. Killing the app enable me to
resume normal working.

Reproducible: Didn't try
still see this problem when using FF 3.5 beta (or 3.0?)
