One has to click on This Frame to open the sub menu. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to a frame based website 2. Open the context menu 3. Hover over This Frame Actual Results: Nothing Expected Results: Open the submenu This is a regression, it worked fine in the SeaMonkey 1.0a release.

WFM with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8b5) Gecko/20051001 SeaMonkey/1.0b so probably only a problem with with yesterdays build.
