The "This Frame" submenu in the context menu of frame based website, doesn't
open anymore by just hovering over it. One has to click on This Frame to open
the sub menu.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to a frame based website
2. Open the context menu
3. Hover over This Frame

Actual Results:
Nothing

Open the submenu

This is a regression, it worked fine in the SeaMonkey 1.0a release.
WFM with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8b5)
Gecko/20051001 SeaMonkey/1.0b so probably only a problem with with yesterdays build.
