if i leave my browser idle for a period of time, say 30 minutes, the bookmark
disappears. it is collapsed to the left side and has a dubble arrow >> for me to
click on which has the bookmark toolbar is a sort of dropdown list. i have added
a spacer before and after the bookmark toolbar to no avail.

Reproducible: Always



Expected Results:  
i expected the toolbar to be present at all times.
