Notice that the username/password fields seem to jump around a lot during and 
after the page loads. Also, the content on the right side of the page just seems 
to vanish as the left-hand content moves into the middle and overlaps everything.

happens on both mac and pc, build from 3/8/00
we should prolly fix this for beta1

Ok, the content reshuffles when one of the textfields for aol mail is clicked on. 
I thought I had been able to get this to do it w/out the click in the textfield 
but I could't dupe it that way.

I think this is the same problem as bug #30559. What's happening is that an 
incremental reflow occurs and the table column widths are changing
