I accidentally pressed the down arrow and picked something in the list (in an input form field such as the URL field in bugzilla). I pressed escape to get rid of the list and not change the field. Unfortunately pressing escape key cleared the field. Unfortunately there was no way to get back to the old value that was in the field. Bugs: I expected pressing the escape key to not change the edit field at all. I expected Undo to restore the previous value but it did not.

HandleEscape seems broken, not sure if this is a regression or not.

This seems to be worksforme in current trunk and branch build, but maybe I'm misunderstanding something?
