Details

This will allow those of us who use Bugzilla to track billable hours versus
hours billed.
This can now be handled with custom fields.

Custom fields don't show up in /summarize_time.cgi

Ideally we would have the option of attaching a ($/hr) rate every time we enter time. If the rate had an editable dropdown that let you easily add a new rate or select a common rate, that would be even better. Taking it one step further, the rate could have a description (intern vs senior partner rate, etc)
Let me be clear: The only thing I really want is to be able to attach a rate to a time. These other things I mention are just thoughts for "while you're at it.. if it's convenient.."

Anyway, it would be even better the rate descriptions were per project.
