Whenever I try to go to Tool/Extensions, nothing happens. Due to this I have not
been able to download new extensions. Recently I've tried uninstalling and
reinstalling Mozilla Firefox, but nothing has worked so far. I have tried a
system restore and this does not help.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.I open the tools menu and click on extentions. Nothing happens.
2.When I go to your web site for extensions, select an extention and chic on
load, nothing happens.
3.

Actual Results:  
I cannot load extentions regardless of what I try.

Expected Results:  
It should have loaded extensions. 

Initially I was able to add extentions with the current version but it
unextectedly stopped working.
