After a period of browsing, Seamonkey starts to consume 100% available CPU. The
browser in this state is still responsive (in fact, I am in that state now), I
have tried to put the browser into an idle state by closing all but one
Navigator tab, and having that tab on a local page that is known to have no
animations/plugins or whatnot.

Closing all browser windows (but having the Mail window open) does not clear the
problem. Re-opening the browser window, then closing the mail window does not
clear the problem. Only terminating the whole Seamonkey application and
restarting clears the problem.

It IS Seamonkey that is causing the load (as confirmed by running "top").

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch Seamonkey
2. Browse for a while (sorry, I cannot identify any pattern as to the sites that
cause this).


Actual Results:  
After some period of browsing, the browser will start to consume 100% available
CPU no matter what web pages are being shown.

Expected Results:  
Browser should not consume noticable CPU when showing a static page.
