The primary download.js (html/download.js) is setup to work for multiple
products, but right now Thunderbird uses it's own download script. Let's change
that. (patch coming)
This is a duplicate, and I've argued we shouldn't do this until Thunderbird 1.5
ships, when we ship localizations that we control and when every localization
available will actually be available for all platforms.

steven: Did this ever get committed? If so, is there a reason this bug is still open?

This was done when it switched from mozilla.org to mozilla.com. (I'd have preferred waiting until 1.5 was released, but oh well...)
