311056 - The right-click pop up menus change after I save an image using "Save Image As..."

When I download lots of images, like wallpapers, the right-click pop-up menus
(when I click on the image) change, meaning that when I click on a picture I
don't get an "Save Image As..." option but "Save Page As...". I've noticed that
the menus return back no normal everytime I click the "Clean Up" button in
"Downloads" , and whenever I save an image the Downloads window opens but
doesn't show that I've downloaded anything.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a page with lots of wallpapers
2. Open one wallpaper
3. Right click and save the image
4. Open the seconf wallpaper
5. Right click and voila - no Save image as...

Actual Results:  
Described this in details.

Expected Results:  
Given me the Save Image As ... option!
