311073 - Reports sub category appears in New Charts options despite no corresponding component

I created a series of components for my Product and labelled one of them
"Reports/Views/PDQs" but when I went to New Charts, their was only a
sub-category labelled "Reports" (all other component labels appeared as sub
categories).

Deleteing and re-creating the "Reports/Views/PDQs" component seems to have
created a New Charts sub-category of the same name, but did not remove the
sub-category "Reports"


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create component "Reports/Views/PDQs"
2. View New Charts screen to see sub-category "Reports" (but no
"Reports/Views/PDQs" sub-category
3. Re-create component "Reports/Views/PDQs"
4. Go back to New Charts screen. Sub category list includes "Reports" and
"Reports/Views/PDQs" sub-categories.
5. There is no way that I can see to delete the "Reports' sub-category from New
Charts and it does not exists as a Component of my product
