Details

Although it fell out of plan for 1.5, Safe Mode was at one point to start using
a blank localstore in order to ensure that any modified chrome was reset to
defaults, etc. This should be considered for future enhancements to the better
Safe Mode UI that landed in 1.5b2
This already happened.
