Works fine for me. Make sure your java plugin link is pointing to the right
place and your user-agent is not set to Microsoft IE

Ok, this was my fault. I should have made a copy of my mozilla plugins,
that has lost the symbolic links...

$ ll /usr/local/seamonkey/plugins/
total 3220
-rw-r--r--  1 root root     856 sep 21 09:28 flashplayer.xpt
-rwxr-xr-x  1 root root 2096844 sep 21 09:28 libflashplayer.so*
-rwxr-xr-x  1 root root  281612 sep 21 09:28 libjavaplugin_oji.so*
-rwxr-xr-x  1 root root   19720 sep 13 23:32 libnullplugin.so*
-rwxr-xr-x  1 root root  878568 sep 21 09:28 nppdf.so*
$ ll /usr/local/mozilla/plugins/
total 2084
-rw-r--r--  1 root root     856 avr 19 09:47 flashplayer.xpt
-rwxr-xr-x  1 root root 2096844 avr 19 09:46 libflashplayer.so*
lrwxrwxrwx  1 root root      67 avr 19 09:46 libjavaplugin_oji.so ->
/usr/java/j2re1.4.2_05/plugin/i386/ns610-gcc32/libjavaplugin_oji.so*
-rwxr-xr-x  1 root root   20864 avr 14 20:15 libnullplugin.so*
lrwxrwxrwx  1 root root      55 jun 14 11:17 nppdf.so ->
/usr/local/Adobe/Acrobat7.0/Browser/intellinux/nppdf.so*

After having replaced the libjavaplugin_oji.so by a symbolic link, it
works like a charme.
