When switching tabs with a tooltip invoked, the tooltip doesn't disappear
immediately as it should. Additionally, even moving the mouse doesn't make the
tooltip disappear, so the only way to get rid of it is to wait the several
seconds for the tooltip to disappear on its own.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page
2. Hover over any link, until the tooltip is invoked
3. Switch tabs with the keyboard shortcut
4. Move mouse immediately

Actual Results:
Tooltip remains visible
This is probably a dupe of bug 45497 or bug 300808 (if they're not the same).

(I thought we had our own bug on this, but I can't seem to find it.)
It's related to bug 285601 (see Simon's comment 2 there); that might be the bug
we're thinking of (or it could be the one on CM remaining open...).
Tooltips use a gecko embedding API, which I think should be the thing to tell us
to hide the tooltip on a tab switch.
Status: UNCONFIRMED → NEW
Ever confirmed: true
how does the embedding code know when there's a tab switch?

jst never commented on the other bug where we said we need a new event from the FE.
