This is strange. You seem to need the <p> and the 'pluginspage' attribute to
reproduce. Also the application/octet-stream MIME type seems necessary on the
referenced file (or at least something that moz doesn't know how to render, so
puts up the choose a program dialogue).

Hmm, on my site that would throw the assertion immediately. On bmo you seen to
need to cancel then click on the empty content area. Maybe some clicking and
mouseing around will be required by others too.
