31124 - please install webalizer on lounge

We've already got webalizer running at http://www.mozilla.org/webalizer, but the
stats here are somewhat skewed due to robots and the fact that the default home
page for mozilla points to mozilla.org.  Putting webalizer on lounge (aka
bugzilla, tinderbox, ...) should help us get useful data for this.

This really is not reasonable.  Even if you don't have the resources to do this
this second, your group can hardly claim to be supporting mozilla.org adequately
if you refuse legitimate IS requests such as this.

her to get mail on them.

We're no longer using lounge as an application server, and other projects are in
progress to get stats available on the other servers.  And reading this bug, boy
am I glad we don't have to deal with AOL IC anymore.
