Profile Manager or other informational window do not close correctly
window stays open and unclickable
launching window again bring new window with old still up


Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start seamonkey
2.select profile from manager
3.window opens
4.select profile window still listed yet blank

Actual Results:  
Can click close cancel ok any button
window not usable yet gui stays up
can happen on any info window
download , about window , any window

Expected Results:  
after changing options or selecting user
window should gracefully close and go away

can't get it to report or debug
are any tools available to actively debug on windows
