Open 2 or more tabs, and visit different web pages. Then while changing from one
tab to the other, the address bar does not change accordingly. It remains the
same. It sometimes changes color if changing from one tab, which has a normal
(http://) page opened to another one having a secured page (https://) opened.
But the ctual address doesn't change !

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open 2 or more tabs
2. open different web pages
3. Change from one tab to another. 

Actual Results:  
The address in the address bar remained the same.

Expected Results:  
The address should have changed accordingly

WFM - opened in a new profile a folder with 25 bookmarks and all tabs had the
right address in the locationbar.

Yeah, they have correct address when opened, then change through tabs, the
address don't change accordingly, when u change tabs.

One of your extensions broke this. Please reopen if you can reproduce in safe mode.
