311561 - Scrolling in compose with lots of e-mail addresses gets random left side images of scroll bar

If I compose a message with lots (1 To: 60 Cc: in this case) of addresses, and then the use the scroll bar 
in the address section to scroll down or up, an image of the scroll bar gets put on the left side of the 
compose window, generally at the top left corner of the compose section, and halfway down through 
the toolbar.

I will attach an image of the problem.

I am not sure how many e-mail addresses this takes, but I have never seen this before with up to 15 or 
so addresses.

Reproducible: Always
