Tools > Extensions fails to bring up the Extension Manager window. This happens
for normal FireFox operation as well as under Safe Mode. The Theme Manager
window works, as does the Downloads window from the same Tools menu.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run up Firefox.
2. Select Tools > Extensions.

Actual Results:
Nothing, the Extension Manager window does not open.

Expected Results:
Opened the Extension Manager window.
Did you uninstall adblock using it's built-in installer?
I wonder if that is the cause of the bug this is probably a duplicate of - bug
301081
I had it installed at some point in the past and uninstalled it, but can't
remember how. I see that using their uninstaller causes things to get downright
funky, and it's a pain to fix. I guess I'll back up my profile and go with a
clean one, unless there's an easier way to get back my Extensions Manager window.
If that is in fact what you did, no, there isn't really a better way.

Sounds like AdBlock is to blame, as the recommended course of action (backup and
delete profile, then restart Firefox) worked just fine.
