Details

The file abResultsPane.css in the Pinstripe theme references two files like this:
 42   list-style-image: url("chrome://messenger/skin/addressbook/icons/abcard.gif");

 47   list-style-image: url("chrome://messenger/skin/addressbook/icons/ablist.gif");

The files are called ab*.png, not ab*.gif. I'm not sure how far this CSS file is
even used in Thunderbird so, since abResultsPane.css is included in
/mailnews/addrbook/resources/content/abResultsPaneOverlay.xul and
/mailnews/addrbook/resources/content/addressbook-panel.xul (normally Thunderbird
stores all xul/js/etc. files under mail/). Maybe it's used via some overlays
so... (i did not look at all uses of it).
